life is about more than just being happy
Its been a super long time since I posted anything! That is really bad. But I hope to be up and running again (no pun intended) from here on out.

This is what I usually snack on if I get up around 9am and run around 11am. This good for any in-between meal scenario. Usually for me that is the weekend when my comfy sleep schedule doesn’t allow for the standard 3 square meal routine ( aka getting up too late for breakfast but too early for lunch)
This is kinda of a light breakfast nibbler to keep me hydrated ( 1/2 mango) and full (raisin/almonds) but not too full.
Shower and change clothes while wearing your satin head scarf. Gently loosen and style curls with products of your choice. Now, your good to go! Heart and hair both looking good :)

Just paid a pretty penny to get my hair done, one thing I highly recommend is incline walking. You won’t break a sweat and ruin your hair but you will get a nice toning workout as you walk.
